I have been an educator for over 20 years and have a broad range of teaching and coaching experiences. Since 2009, I have been working as a teacher educator focused on growing inclusive classroom practices. I was formerly a Senior Staff Developer with The Teachers College Inclusive Classrooms Project (TCICP) where I coached in NYC schools across all 5 boroughs as well as designed and facilitated professional learning experiences in collaboration with schools and districts outside of New York City. I am a founding member of The Inclusive Classrooms Collective, a network of inclusive educators working throughout the field to promote equitable and meaningful learning opportunities for all. Drawing from extensive experience designing accessible curriculum and instruction and collaborative practices, and grounded in the belief that all students and adults can learn, I hope to facilitate transformative professional learning experiences for the educators with whom I have the privilege of working. When not working in schools alongside teachers, I am a committed runner and enthusiastic gardener and enjoy spending time with my teenage children. I have worked with The Lang School as a Consulting Staff Developer since 2014.
