Peter Flom

Peter Flom is a board member and former chair. When he was 5 years old, he was asked not to return to preschool and a psychologist told his parents he had “minimal brain dysfuntction” and “would never go to college”.  With Elizabeth Friedus, his mom started the Gateway School for him. Peter got his BA at age 20 and later got a PhD in psychometrics. He has retired from a career as a statistician. Peter is the father of two adult sons.
