The Lang School Strategic Plan 2024-2027
We are excited to unveil our three-year Strategic Plan, which reflects a year-long, collaborative process designed to chart a clear and impactful course for our school over the next three years. This journey involved deep engagement with our community, drawing on a wealth of insights and perspectives gathered from various stakeholders, including feedback from the New York State Association of Independent Schools (NYSAIS) accreditation process, as well as input from parents, faculty, staff, and our dedicated Board of Trustees.
The five priorities outlined in this plan are the result of careful consideration and synthesis of the insights we gathered as a result of our collaborative process. They are designed to address the unique needs of our students, support our educators, and enhance our overall community, while ensuring long-term sustainability.
Together, we are poised to embark on a transformative journey that will position Lang as a leader in 2e education. We look forward to working collaboratively with all members of our community to bring this vision to life.
Our Priorities:
Instructional Improvement and Staff Development
Enhance instructional practices and foster continuous professional growth to improve student outcomes. This ensures research based practices are deeply integrated into the curriculum and instruction across all classroom and support services at Lang.
