I am proud to serve as The Lang School’s Upper School and College Counselor. While I primarily work with high school students, I also collaborate with middle and lower school populations to provide consistent, developmental support across all grade levels. My role encompasses three key areas: social-emotional learning and support, academic advising, and college and career guidance. I hold two master’s degrees, one in Secondary Education and another in School Counseling. Before joining Lang, I worked as a school counselor in San Diego, California, and spent four years teaching high school Social Studies in Kentucky. Born and raised in Kentucky, I bring not only a passion for supporting and educating students but also a lifelong devotion as a true-blue Kentucky basketball fan. What inspires me most in this work is building strong connections with students and helping them navigate their unique paths after high school. That passion led me to pursue counseling and ultimately brought me to Lang, where I am grateful every day to support our students’ growth and success.
