I am thrilled to join the Lang family as an Upper School Counselor. I have spent ten years in private middle and high schools as a counselor, supporting students and their families with social-emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning needs. Viewing students holistically and understanding the impact experiences have on their development is central to my work with them. My educational and professional background working with students with language-based learning differences and my personal experience with raising three neurodivergent sons is what makes this new role so special to me. Additionally, I serve as the social media co-chair on the NYSACAC Board.

In my personal time, I am an avid reader (I am in three different book clubs!), play in a women's soccer league, and enjoy watching and coaching my children's sports. Last spring, I presented on preparing neurodiverse students for post-secondary success with a former colleague at the NYSACAC Annual Conference. I am looking forward to getting to know our Lang students and their families!
